‘Ramp Jam’ Ends Early: 2 Wilshire Boulevard Ramps Reopen
Two Wilshire Boulevard freeway ramps reopened Friday, three weeks early and in time for the Labor Day weekend, after being rebuilt as part of a major 405 Freeway construction project.
‘RampJam’ Begins First Work Week In Scheduled 3-Month Closure
L.A. Monday began its first work week of “Ramp Jam” — the three-month closure of the westbound Wilshire Boulevard onramp to the northbound San Diego (405) Freeway and the northbound 405′s offramp to westbound Wilshire.
Dreaded 90-Day Ramp Closures Along 405 Freeway Under Way
Caltrans has shut down two major freeway ramps on the Westside in an effort to demolish and rebuild all on- and off-ramps along Wilshire Boulevard.
