OC Judge Dismisses Murder Charge Against Man Accused Of Strangling Wife On Cruise Ship

A Superior Court judge Friday said Orange County didn’t have jurisdiction to bring a murder charge against a man accused of killing his wife at sea and dismissed the case against the suspect.

Former OC Attorney Accused Of Throwing Wife Overboard Extradited To California

The former Orange County attorney charged with strangling his ex-wife and throwing her overboard during a May 2006 cruise to Italy was extradited to Orange County Friday.
