California Company Recalls Lettuce Over E. Coli Fears

A Northern California produce supplier said Sunday it is voluntarily recalling romaine lettuce that was shipped to 19 states, Puerto Rico and Canada over fears about possible E. coli contamination.



Salmonella-Tainted Lettuce Sold At SoCal Stores

The lettuce from Fresh Choice Marketing of Oxnard was sold in unmarked bins in produce sections, but officials say the contaminated batches of red leaf lettuce have already been pulled from stores.
