Bill Dallman Named Vice President, News Director Of KCBS-TV, KCAL-TV

Veteran local and national news executive Bill Dallman has been named Vice President and News Director of KCBS-TV and KCAL-TV, the CBS-owned duopoly in Los Angeles, it was announced Monday by Steve Mauldin, President and General Manager of the stations.
