The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office accepted blame for not locking up a man accused of killing four people outside a Northridge unlicensed boarding house on Dec. 2.
A 31-year-old Los Angeles man and three alleged accomplices agreed to be transferred in custody from Las Vegas to LA to face charges in a quadruple weekend slaying outside a crowded rental house in Northridge.
