Pregnant Woman Hogtied By CHP Awarded $250,000

A Southland woman has been awarded $250,000 in damages after she was thrown to the ground and hogtied by California Highway Patrol officers while she was pregnant.

A 27-year-old Corona man was hogtied by Sheriff’s deputies in Norco and repeatedly shot by a Taser, according to the now deceased man’s aunt.
