Newhall Pass Truck Route Reopens After 9 Big Rigs Jackknife

The southbound truck route at the 14-5 Freeway transition road reopened Tuesday afternoon after two separate collisions caused nine big rig trucks to jacknife, the California Highway Patrol said.
