Federal Regulators Want More Analysis At Ailing San Onofre Plant

Federal regulators Wednesday pressed the operator of the San Onofre nuclear power plant for more analysis on its damaged steam generators.

Backup Power Probed At Ailing San Onofre Plant

The troubled San Onofre nuclear power plant operated for three decades with equipment that might have temporarily cut off the plant’s emergency power supply in the event of an earthquake, government filings revealed Tuesday.
