The Padadena Police Department safely located a missing “at risk” woman on Sunday.
The Pasadena Police wanted to thank the public for their help.
Detectives described him as a Hispanic man that stands 5-foot-3 tall, weighs 115 pounds, has grey hair, brown eyes and a beard.
