New Storm Makes Its Way Toward Southern California

California is in for another round of cold, wet, snowy and blustery weather. The National Weather Service says a storm moving down into the state Tuesday is being fueled by a plume of subtropical moisture from north of Hawaii combined with low pressure over the Northeast Pacific.
