These are a list of schools within the Los Angeles Unified School District located near the Exide Battery Recycling Plant that are expected to be tested for lead.
But CEO Elon Musk said the state remains in the “improbable” category for winning the plant because of the time it will take to win regulatory approval.

The South Coast Air Quality Management District says it approved the plan for Exide Technologies on Wednesday.
