A plan backed by Beverly Hills vice-mayor Jimmy Delshad wants the city to study the feasibility of banning the regular stream of shoppers' Mercedes Benzes, Ferraris, Rolls-Royces, Porsches and lesser vehicles from using the road, the Times said. Delshad said he planned to compare pedestrian zones in cities 'with high-class areas' such as Paris and Cannes before proceeding. (credit: GABRIEL BOUYS/AFP/Getty Images)
