When planning to take younger children to visit a theme park for the first time, finding a park with rides designed especially for their smaller bodies can make for an enjoyable experience for the whole family. Your little ones will have a blast going on their first roller coaster at one of these theme parks designed with the smallest vistors in mind.

The Peanuts Gang at Knott's Berry Farm is creating fun for children of all ages. Camp Snoopy is the perfect destination for little children with shorter lines, smaller crowds and a plethora of rides designed with young children in mind. Charlie Brown and Snoopy can be found dancing on the stage in the center of the park or interacting with the young children visiting the park. After a fun day at Camp Snoopy with your little ones, hit the water slides at Knott's Soak City!

Your children will feel like a flying ace in a lifelike airplane on the Red Baron ride. They will fly around while piloting their own two-seater biplane. Bring your camera to catch a special smile as your child flies by.

All aboard the Grand Sierra Scenic Railroad! The Camp Snoopy train will take your youngsters on a four minute scenic ride around Camp Snoopy and Fiesta Village. The train has been designed to be a mini replica of a traditional steam locomotive. Choo-choo!

My children's favorite ride at Camp Snoopy has always been the Balloon Race ride. It is a high-flying adventure on a colorful hot air balloon that flies through the trees of Camp Snoopy. Your little children will feel the wind in their faces on this exciting ride at Knott's Berry Farm.

Ka-chow! Rev-up your engines as CARS Land has a pit stop at Disneyland California Adventure Park this summer becoming a hot spot for little kids. Surrounded by Ornament Valley will be three new summer attractions that will sweep children right into the movie.

Radiator Springs Racers will rocket your little one through the desert in a thrilling racing competition. Hit the pedal to the metal as this ride will take your children on a race to see who will win the Piston Cup.

You'll feel like a real Ferrari when riding on Luigi's Flying Tires. Slide, glide and launch off the ground in a nine foot wide Fettuccini-brand tire. Just lean in different directions to make the tire move, while 6,714 air vents blow over 1.86 million cubic feet per minute, keeping the tire slightly off the ground.

Have a cow-tipping good time after boarding a trailer pulled by a baby tractor. All twenty-two tractors have different colors, mouths, and eyes. Enjoy a toe-tapping square dance to one of the seven original songs sung by Mater.

The LEGOLAND California Resort is designed around a classic childhood toy - LEGO's. Get a cool down from the summer heat after making a splash down one of the various water slides; connect with nature at the on-site aquarium, or time travel into the prehistoric period while digging up fossils. Make a weekend out of visiting LegoLand California Resort by staying at the family-friendly neighboring resort, The West Inn and Suites.

Arggg! A new swashbuckling pirate adventure will be coming to LEGOLAND California this summer. Board a blue or red pirate ship with your little ones to join in on a battle on the open seas. If your little one is a little adventurous pirate, then join a buccaneer-filled boat that will fly in-between the two battling boats.

Splash into the world's first LEGOLAND water park. The water park features more than 20 Lego models, two sandy beach wading areas, kid creek and water slides galore!

Explore the beauty of nature with LEGO models incorporated into the SeaLife Aquarium. For an additional admission fee, younger children can explore under the sea exhibits designed specifically for them to understand. Take your children around the aquarium on a fun fact trail or play in the fun zones.
