New Starbucks Policy Will Allow Nonpaying Customers To Sit In Shops

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) — Starbucks has announced a new policy over the weekend that will allow nonpaying customers to sit in coffee shops and utilize restrooms.

The new policy was announced Saturday.

This comes five weeks after two African American men who did not purchase anything were arrested at a Philadelphia Starbucks.

The incident was caught on camera and sparked outrage on social media.
