HOLLYWOOD (CBSLA)  —  The Oscars aren’t happening until March 4 but residents in the area of the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood know street closures are in full force.

In fact, closures began on Feb. 11. How’s that for preparing in advance?

Almost half the closures begin Sunday, Feb. 25. New streets are added every day until the awards are held.
