13-Pound Baby Born In Northern California

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A newborn baby in Sacramento was born weighing in at over 13 pounds.

Baby Valentino is one of the largest babies ever to be born in Northern California.

The baby was delivered at Sutter Davis Hospital, and despite the size of the new born, his mom said her labor was quick and only took a little over two hours.

"When we put him on the scale and I saw the look on my sister-in-law's face and she said 13 pounds, 11 ounces, I was pretty shocked," said mom Kelly Corsetti.
