Dramatic Footage Captures Bus Driver Accused Of Nodding Off Before Fatal Crash

ZHEJIANG PROVINCE (CBSLA.com) — A bus driver in China is accused of falling asleep at the wheel moments before a fatal crashed claimed the life of one passenger.

Footage of the bus, which was carrying 84 passengers, shows the driver nodding off for about 20 seconds before the deadly crash.

When he awoke, the footage shows the driver attempting to swerve to avoid a truck, but it was too late.

One passenger died, and several others were hurt. The driver was detained by police.
