Scruffy (17-11668) is a 2-month-old brown Chihuahua mix who weighs 3.8 pounds.

He will be a smaller sized dog when he is full grown.

Scruffy loves getting attention and is very affectionate and playful.

He is ready to learn new things and is eager to please, which will be very helpful for training.
