Warm your spirits this holiday season at Making Spirits Bright. Here you can sample wines by the glass (or tasting flights), as well as Warm Holiday Spiced Wine. Sparkling juice is available for the younger set. Be prepared, the lines for this popular kiosk can get long!
Nosh & Nibbles
Celebrate Hannukah at Nosh & Nibbles where you can dine on Brisket Potato Croquette, an amazing Sweet Spiced Noodle Kugel, and a Rueben Potato Smash.
Good Fortune's Feast
The Lunar New Year's abundance is yours for the feasting at Good Fortune's Feast. Here you can sample Adobo Pork Bao, Smoked Duck and Vegetable Spring Rolls, Chilled Papaya Shrimp Salad, or Winter Mint Milk Tea.
Spice Salutations
Diwali Favorites are available at Spice Salutations. Don't miss the hearty Chicken and Potato Curry. Other best bets include the Carrot and Chickpea Fritters, Cardamom and Saffron Sweet Cheese Tart and Mango Lassi, a sweet spinoff of the traditional yogurt-based drink from India.
Brews & Bites
Another popular kiosk, located just outside the entrance to Cars Land, is Brews & Bites, where guests are invited to raise a glass of yuletide cheer while sampling local, seasonal and international beers. Choose from by-the-glass pours or tasting flights for a more diverse experience. Holiday cheese balls with assorted crackers and pretzels compliment most selections.
Mistletoe Morsels
Holiday Swedish Meatballs, Classic Crab Cakes, and Shrimp Cocktail Martinis will have guests celebrating through the night at California Adventure's Mistletoe Morsels. Libations come in the form of a Holiday Eggnog Cocktail or Merry Berry Sherbet Punch for the drivers.
Winter Sliderland
If you love sliders, visit Winter Sliderland where you can get a delicious and tasty roasted turkey slider, which is basically everything you love about a turkey meal (stuffing, cranberries, gravy, and all the fixin's) on slider! You can also order up a Kalua pork slider, along with a Praline & bourbon whoopie Pie, hard cider, and sparkling juice to finish off this menu if the turkey slider isn't complete enough.
Fiesta en Familia
Celebrate Navidad at Fiesta en Familia at Disney's California Adventure. Their vegetarian Green Chile Pozole will have everyone asking for the recipe. A Red Chile Pozole (with pork) is hearty enough for a meal, while the Fresh Fish Ceviche and Guava Agua Fresca will cleanse your palate and get you ready for your next stop.
Yuletide Yummies
Everything is better is packages, so the mini turkey pot pie and pesto puff pastry twist are the perfect sampling-size bite to keep you full but not stuffed. The selection of sweets here is substantial, so lines can get a bit long. A gingerbread bundt cake, eggnog cheesecake, mocha yule log, Raspberry Linzer tart, and sticky toffee pudding can sweeten any holiday as well. Wines and beers are also served by the glass and flight at Yuletide Yummies, as well as a Frozen Chocolate Milk and Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate. We wouldn't blame anyone for camping out at this kiosk for a while.

This goodie station is more interactive than most. In fact, here you can decorate your own sugar cookies if inspiration strikes. Looking for something more ready made?
