Neighbor Accused Of Bizarre Behavior After Vomit, Feces Found On Car

WOODLAND HILLS (CBSLA.com) — It started with the bizarre - and graduated to the grotesque.

Jillian Lester says she she woke up yesterday to find vomit, feces and urine on her car parked outside her Woodland Hills town home. And she believes her nightmare neighbor is to blame.

"It shouldn't be what I have to live with," said Lester. "What happened yesterday is unheard of. Like, who does that? It's disgusting."

It all started back in June: Lester says she noticed packages missing from her doorstep. So she set up a camera and spotted her neighbor trying to steal her outdoor wind chime in the middle of the night.

Then her boyfriend, Michael Kessler, says he caught him hovering by her car.

"I saw that he has urinated on her car and the ground in front of it," Kessler said.

Lester's mom, who lives with her, confronted the neighbor, and the next day they say two items that went missing from their doorstep reappeared, along with a bottle of beer and a note.

"And then the notes started coming to my mom, one right after the other," Lester says.

The notes include lines asking Lester's mom out on a date - which she declined. And that's when Lester says things turned ugly.

"When I pull up he'll just stare at me and at my car and I won't go inside until I see him leave," said Lester.

Lester called police yesterday and filed her second police report against her neighbor.

The president of the HOA tells us that they've received a number of complaints against this neighbor- ranging from accusations of theft to vulgar language.

Their attorney is now sending him a formal letter, but Lester worries nothing will come of it because she is a renter and he has lived there more than 20 years.

"What is it going to take to put this guy away or take him somewhere. He is obviously not there," she said. "I am not making this up. I'm not the only person who has had this happen."
