Baby Sister Finally Home After Brother Called 911 And Saved 2 Lives

MORENO VALLEY (CBSLA.com) — Baby Latrice is finally home spending nearly two months in the hospital.

And big brother Jaylen has so much to teach her, including how to call 911 in an emergency.

At 7, Jaylen even received a Great Job Award from Moreno Valley leaders for calling 911 in October, when his mom, pregnant with Latrice, was unconscious and experiencing seizures.

"I'm really happy for him," mom Stephanie Cluck said. "Most kids don't help. He could've let me lay there and die. She's a miracle. We're both a miracle to be here."

Latrice was supposed to be born on Christmas, but thanks to her brother, she's here now and a family friend calls Jaylen a hero.

Frank Eason said Jaylen's actions were "pretty impressive ... wasn't scared at all."

Jaylen was taught early on how to call those three numbers and later saved two very important lives.
