Surprise! Surprise! Who Won 'Big Brother: Over The Top'?

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com)  — The first-ever online version of the popular reality show "Big Brother" crowned its big winner Thursday evening.

The online version, which began in late September, was dubbed "Big Brother: Over The Top."

There were 12 new houseguests vying for the $250,000 top prize. That is half what the winner walks way with on the on-air version of the show.

The end result? The Twitter-sphere had Jason winning handily.

"Over The Top" host Julie Chen said the vote was close between favored Jason and house nemesis Morgan.

Chen said the vote went back and forth and back and forth and in the end only 20,000 votes separated the two.

When she announced that Morgan won, no one was more surprised than Morgan.

"Did you see my face?" she told CBSLA.com moments after winning.

The last three standing: Jason, Morgan and Kryssie.

A big twist this season, Morgan was playing the game along with sister Alex. Bigger surprise, neither knew the other was going to be in the game until they entered the "Big Brother" house.

Biggest twist of all, although both have Texas accents, similar hair color, facial structure and even wore similar clothes, most of their other housemates never figured out they were siblings.

Alex said she was looking forward to splitting the $250,000 were her sister. "Maybe 80-20," she quipped.

For her part, Morgan said she was 22, had bills to pay and wanted to repay her parents for all their help along the way. "And maybe after buying a new car," she said, "I'll take Alex shopping."

For the first time, the all-access version gave fans the chance to watch everything play out live. In addition to the 24/7 live stream and traditional elements of the series -- such as Head of Household, veto competitions and the live evictions -- this version had more fan interaction.

Producers had been quoted as saying the vote is extremely close and could even end in a tie.

Big show-mance by Danielle and Shane is now officially a romance. He even told CBSLA.com that while he didn't win any money, "I won the best thing of all, an amazing woman." They both said it was love at first sight, even if he showed up looking a bit like Tarzan.

"I actually love the Tarzan look," Danielle said, laughing, but did acknowledge Shane also looked very good with his new haircut, also complimented by Chen.

Also in the backyard, former "BB" contestant Jeff Schroeder (doing interviews for CBS) beamed when talking about the 7-week-old son he shares with Jordan Lloyd, winner of "BB" season 11. The now married couple met while being housemates in "BB" seasons 11 and 13 and have also appeared on "Amazing Race."  Their son, Lawson Keith, is now sleeping three hours straight the young father said proudly.

We talked to everyone (okay, we didn't really talk to Cornbread that long, sorry) moments after Morgan's shocking win:

Whitney talks about her new engagement and the best thing about "BB"

Neely wore wigs but she kept from wigging out

Justin owns a seafood restaurant so he's used to dealing with crabs (He laughed at that.)

Shane didn't win the money but he won something a lot more valuable (Plus, he cleans up nice!)

Hearing from fans, Monte now has the idea he might have gone shirtless a little more often. If you've got it...

Shelby, the pretty lawyer currently living in Simi, enjoyed being in the house -- except for when Jason was breathing.

Morgan isn't kidding when she said she was surprised at her win. What will she spend $250,000 on?

If you were surprised that none of the houseguests could figure out Alex & Morgan were sisters, join the club!

Danielle fell hard for Shane -- despite the Tarzan look. The showmance is now a full-fledged romance.

Kryssie the cool waitress has her own tips on how to play the game. And Shelby pretending to be a waitress? Not cool.

Jason was the heavy favorite to win. So why did the slim "BB" superfan come in second?
