Jefferson Boulevard At 405 Freeway Shut Down For Water Main Break

CULVER CITY (CBSLA.com) — A water main break has forced the closure of the Jefferson Boulevard onramp from the San Diego (405) Freeway in Culver City.

The break was first reported at 3:51 a.m. Wednesday and caused flooding in the intersection.

Water to the broken main has been shut down, but authorities have shut down westbound Jefferson Boulevard from Slauson Avenue to the northbound 405 Freeway onramp. Eastbound Jefferson Boulevard's left turn lanes for the northbound 405 Freeway onramp are also closed, but it is open to through traffic.
