Meet The Cast: It's Millennials Vs Gen. X In Latest 'Survivor'
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — In the past, "Survivor" has pitted brother against brother, mother against daughter, brains vs. brawn vs. beauty.
Get ready for the latest twist. Season 33 will pit Millennials vs. Gen. X-ers.
CBS on Wednesday announced the new cast of 20 who will vie for the top prize of $1 million.
The popular reality show strands castaways in a remote or deserted location with few of the comforts of home (like shelter, clothes or food) for a challenging 39 days. This season filmed on the volcanic Mamanuca Islands near Fiji.
"Survivor" returns Sept. 21 with a special 90-minute episode.
The Millennial tribe (AKA Vanna) includes a barista from West Hollywood, a ski instructor and a high school student (the youngest-ever contestant), among others. The total team is listed as follows:
