Monterey Park Police Locate Missing "At-Risk" Man

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The Monterey Park Police Department has located Rudy Noriega, the at-risk individual who went missing on Saturday.

Rudy Noriega, 32, was last seen running northbound on Garfield Ave coming from the Jack in the Box at 892 N. Garfield Ave.

Noriega is a 6-foot-1, 205 lb, Hispanic male who was last seen wearing a black tank top, black shorts, and black shoes.

Authorities reported Noriega as found a little after noon on Sunday.
