Lamar Odom Reportedly Removed From Delta Flight After 'Pounding' Alcohol In LAX Lounge

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com/AP) — Former Lakers and Clippers star Lamar Odom was reportedly removed from a Delta flight after drinking too much and vomiting on the plane.

Eyewitnesses told TMZ Odom was seen "pounding down beers and whiskey" in the Delta lounge at LAX before boarding the flight to New York. Upon taking his seat, Odom reportedly vomited in the galley and in one of the plane's restrooms.

He then emerged from the restroom with "vomit still on his sweatpants" and took his seat, only to get back up minutes later to once again use the restroom, according to TMZ.

Odom was then reportedly "gently" escorted off the plane by flight attendants.

After spending much of his 14-year NBA career in Los Angeles with the Lakers and Clippers, Odom was hospitalized in critical condition in Las Vegas in Oct. 2015 after he was found unconscious with cocaine and other drugs in his system. After months of recovery, he returned to the public eye in February at a Kanye West fashion show.
