Woman Accused Of Striking Boyfriend With Car After Reportedly Learning Of His HIV Status

PHOENIX (CBSLA.com) — A woman is accused of striking her boyfriend with her car while he rode his bicycle in Phoenix.

The man survived the incident, which was caught on tape, and the suspected driver has been arrested.

The woman is accused of running into him after recently learning he was HIV-positive, according to reports. She alleges he attacked her with a pocket knife.

The woman remains jailed following the April 29 incident.
