3 Million Tommee Tippee Sippy Cups Recalled

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A recall has been issued for a brand of sippy cups that are susceptible to mold if not cleaned well.

Three million Tommee Tippee Sippee spill-proof cups are being recalled by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. The agency says mold can form in the removable valve if not thoroughly cleaned.

So far, 68 children have gotten sick with symptoms including vomiting and diarrhea.

Several designs of cups for children ranging from 4m+ to 12m+ are included in the recall.

To receive a replacement cup, fill out an online form at tommeetippee.us.
