Bank Robber Wanted In Sierra Madre Heist, Pepper Spraying Victims
SIERRA MADRE (CBSLA.com) — The FBI is searching for a man who robbed a bank in Sierra Madre and pepper-sprayed several victims while masked, dressed in white from head to toe, wearing a black hat and brandishing a weapon.
The robber, who carried a handgun and wore a white cotton mask with openings at the eyes, entered the Bank of the West branch, 100 Sierra Madre Blvd., at about 1 p.m. Wednesday and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash, according to police and the FBI.
The FBI is investigating whether this robber is connected to any other heists.
