Driver Arrested In Alleged Stabbing After South LA Crash; Police Investigating As Possible Road Rage
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A driver was taken into custody Wednesday after police say he stabbed another driver following a crash in South Los Angeles.
The two-car crash was reported around 6:45 a.m. at 92nd Street and Broadway, according to an LAPD spokesperson.
Officers arrived on scene and saw one of the parties involved in the crash pull out a knife and stab the other driver, police said.
Police held the suspect at gunpoint. He was later arrested without incident.
The victim was stabbed in the upper torso. His condition is unknown.
No officers were injured.
Police were investigating to determine whether the stabbing was a road rage incident.
