73-Year-Old Man Reported Missing In Victorville

VICTORVILLE (CBSLA.com) — Police sought the public' help Monday to locate a 73-year-old man who has been reported missing San Bernardino County.

According to the Victorville Police Department, Wardell Guidry was last seen boarding a bus to travel to San Manuel Casino on Friday.

Police said Guidry contacted a friend on Sunday morning and said he was in Corona but he did not know the exact location.

He is known to be forgetful, but has not been diagnosed with any mental deficiencies. Guidry suffers from sickle cell anemia and diabetes. It is unclear if he is in need of medication.

Detectives described Guidry as an African American man who has gray hair, brown eyes, a mustache, stands 5-foot-11 and weighs 209 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue khaki pants and a blue button up shirt.
