Married For Life? These 13 Couples May Embody The Secret To Wedded Bliss

VICTORVILLE (CBSLA.com) — A couple married for 51 years decided to renew their vows Thursday as part of an early Valentine's Day present to one another.

Anastasia and Joseph De Rosa said their "I Do's" in Victorville again with the help of Inter Valley Health.

The pair met in Hollywood more than five decades ago and their love was red hot.

"When we first saw each other, we were in love and never separated ever since then," said Joseph De Rosa.

The De Rosas were among 13 couples who took the plunge … again. Collectively, they're celebrating more than 590 years of marriage.

So, this begs the question: what is the secret to a successful marriage?

Alma and Salvador Jimenez have been married for 43 years and say a good marriage requires patience.

And as an added bonus to an already meaningful day, the De Rosas moment was made even more special when they realize their daughter, who lives out of state, was able to attend.
