Desmond Stevenson, 25, and Robert Green, 23, were arraigned on charges including robbery and murder.

Their bail was set at $2 million each.

Prosecutors said the defendants killed Mitesh Patel, 31, the owner of Bossey Drive-in Dairy in San Bernardino on Friday night during a robbery.

The third suspect, Jason Allen, was arrested Monday afternoon. Police said he drove the getaway vehicle after the murder.
