LAPD Hopes Public Can Help Them Track Down Missing 21-Year-Old

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com)  —   The Los Angeles Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a missing 21-year-old.

Luis Alberto Ramirez suffers from a mental health condition and his family says he has the mental capacity of a 4-year-old.

He was last seen on January 20, around 6 p.m., in the 1000 block of West 46th Street.

Ramirez is Latino with brown hair and brown eyes. He stands 5 feet 7 inches and weighs approximately 250 pounds. The missing man was last seen wearing a blue sweater and white pants.
