Residents Brace For More Cold Weather In Southern California

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Frigid, frosty conditions will continue to grip the Southland, forecasters said Thursday.

According to the National Weather Service, a frost advisory will remain in effect until 9 a.m. for the San Fernando and Santa Clarita valleys.

A more serious freeze warning has been issued to the north in Ventura County.

Outdoor plants and pets should be brought inside due to the risk of hypothermia.

Meteorologists said temperatures will reach as high as the upper 60s today under sunny skies.
