Even Pets Are Posing With Santa Claus This Holiday Season

CERRITOS (CBSLA.com) — Santa Claus isn't just for the kids anymore.

That's because the Los Cerritos Center has partnered with the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Los Angeles to offer Santa Paws, a series of pet photo nights.

The center, according to SPCALA President Madeline Bernstein, will donate $3 for each photo back to the animal welfare organization to care for animals.

"This is holiday time and particularly since today is Giving Tuesday, we're here at the Los Cerritos Center and honored that SPCALA is partnering with the Los Cerritos Shopping Center on the Santa Paws project," Bernstein said.

The center is offering the photos on Dec. 1, Dec. 8 and Dec. 15 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

"Starting tonight and then again on Dec. 8th and 15th, you can come and have a photo taken with your pet and Santa Claus and the Los Cerritos Center is donating $3 for each photo back to SPCALA to help us take care of these animals," she added.
