Adele's New Album '25' Continues To Shatter Records

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Adele's new album "25" continues to break records.

Less than a week after its release, the much-anticipated record has sold over three million copies in the United States easily breaking the previous record set by 'NSYNC's "No Strings Attached" back in 2000.

In the United Kingdom, her album sold over 700,000 copies, which also sets a new one-week sales record.

On Thursday, Adele took to Instagram with the news fans have been waiting to hear: she's going on tour.

The European tour will begin in Belfast, Ireland in February and end in Antwerp, Belgium in June.

There are stops in Paris, Stockholm, Berlin, and Amsterdam to name a few.

So far, there are no details about a U.S. tour, although music insiders say it's inevitable due to the album's success.
