LA Metro Offers Zack Greinke Free Bus Rides For Life If He Stays With Dodgers

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — After Zack Greinke officially opted out of his contract with the Dodgers on Wednesday, the Los Angeles Metro transit offered the pitcher free bus rides for life.

In a tweet sent out by LA Metro, the company offers Greinke a free TAP card for life, valid on any form of public transportation in Los Angeles, only if he stays with the Dodgers, of course.

It is unlikely Greinke will be needing the TAP card after opting out of a three-year, $70 million-plus deal in order to receive a bigger deal, but it was a nice gesture nonetheless.
