This San Gabriel Native Publishes Second Book While Working On Master's Degree At Age 17

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — It's another major milestone for teen prodigy Moshe Kai Cavalin.

The 17-year-old San Gabriel native has just published his second book titled "Bullied Down."

Cavalin started East Los Angeles Community College at the age of 8.

At 15, he earned a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Cavalin is currently working on his master's degree on cyber security through online classes with Brandeis University.

Cavalin is also employed by NASA at Edwards Air Force Base where he is helping the space agency develop surveillance technology for planes and drones.

Cavalin also flies planes and is a martial arts expert. He also scuba dives and is a musician.

In his new book, Cavalin shares his experiences of being bullied as well as the stories of others to help teenagers fight back against bullying.
