Seattle Seahawks Star Marshawn Lynch Creates New Starbucks Frappuccino For Good Cause

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Seattle Seahawks star Marshawn Lynch has created a new Frappuccino at Starbucks, one that will take on his nickname "Beast Mode."

The coffee giant says the drink will be sold in store in Washington state and Oakland to benefit a foundation he and Buffalo Bills quarterback Joshua Johnson co-founded.

The organization called the Fam 1st Family Foundation was founded in 2011 and offers mentorship to underprivileged youth.

"I'd drink this before a workout," said Lynch of the drink, which includes milk, coffee, protein powder, vanilla, among other flavors. "You could get your buff on with this."

Lynch is among the NFL's top running backs. In his career, Lynch has 8,877 yards and has rushed for 72 touchdowns.

Lynch is in his ninth season after attending the University of California, Berkeley. Most notably, he won the Super Bowl with the Seahawks in 2014.
