Police Searching For More Victims Of Businessman Accused Of Rape
SHERMAN OAKS (CBSLA.com) — Police asked Friday for any additional victims of a businessman accused of raping three women to come forward.
Michael Leslie Bernback was arrested by detectives at his home in the 4200 block of Sunnyslope Avenue on Aug. 13, according to police. He posted $300,000 bail and was released from custody the same day, according to L.A. County jail records.
Bernback was re-arrested Sept. 3 on another felony charge and this time posted $2.1 million in bail and was again released from custody the same day, according to jail records.
The Sherman Oaks businessman also appeared on an episode of the reality show "Millionaire Matchmaker."
