Firefighters Work To Extinguish Structure Fire In Downtown LA

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Crews worked to extinguish a structure fire in downtown Los Angeles on Friday.

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, firefighters were sent just after 9 a.m. to a building located in the 700 block of South Spring Street for report of a structure fire.

Upon their arrival, crews located smoke showing from the fifth floor of the building.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

No injuries were reported.
