48-Year-Old Fontana Man Accused Of Sexually Abusing Minors Over 10 Year Period

FONTANA (CBSLA.com)  —   Sheriff's deputies with the Fontana station say "multiple" females reported being sexually abused in April by a man they knew.

Detectives interviewed the victims and determined the women had been sexually abused on several occasions and at multiple locations, including the suspect's home, over a span of 10 years.

The suspect has been identified as Jose Manuel Carrillo.

Officials said during the course of the investigation, they identified additional possible victims. The ages of the victims or their relation to Carrillo were not revealed.

Authorities conducted a surveillance of Carrillo's residence in the 14800 block of Merrill Avenue and obtained an arrest warrant.

Carrillo was arrested Friday and booked into the West Valley Detention Center on suspicion of continuous sexual abuse of a child. He is being held on a no-bail warrant.

Detectives connected to the case believe there could be additional victims. Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to contact the Fontana Sheriff's Station and Detective S. Laub or Sgt. Mark Martinez, (909) 356-6767.
