Girl Scouts Chop Their Locks For Charity

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Time to let go of those long locks for the summer?

Supercuts and Paul Mitchell are teaming with K-Earth and the Girl Scouts to kick off the 5th annual Locks of Love campaign this week.

Two scouts volunteered to chop their locks live on the air, and will donate them to the Locks of Love campaign.

The group provides hairpieces to children with medical hair loss.

Get a free haircut when you donate to Locks of Love at any participating Supercuts through Sunday.
