Tarzana Streets Temporarily Closed As Police Investigate Abandoned Suitcase

TARZANA (CBSLA.com) — Authorities say they've determined a suitcase abandoned Thursday afternoon in front of a Jewish meeting hall posed no threat.

It was reported around 4:30 p.m. at the intersection of Reseda and Ventura boulevards, according to the LAPD.

Surrounding streets closed during the investigation were reopened shortly before 7 p.m.
