Man, Woman Try To Cash Lottery Tickets Stolen During Armed Robbery In Victorville

VICTORVILLE (CBSLA.com) — Authorities asked for the public's help Wednesday in identifying two men and a woman believed to be involved in the armed robbery of a Victorville gas station.

A Shell gas station at 12130 Bear Valley Road was held up at gunpoint on March 31, April 10 and April 21 by the same suspect, Los Angeles County sheriff's officials said, and in the last robbery, several lottery tickets were taken.

Sheriff's detectives say a man and a woman later tried to cash some of the stolen lottery tickets at liquor stores in Victorville and Hesperia.

The robber was described as a white man in his mid-20s, 5-foot-11 to 6-foot-1 and 185 pounds. He wore a gray hooded sweatshirt, white T-shirt, blue jeans, black shoes, black ski mask with red trim, black baseball-style gloves and a black backpack.

Anyone with information about any of the three suspects can call Detective Paul Solorio at (760) 241-2756.
