Long Beach Police Investigate Alleged Domestic Violence Incident
LONG BEACH (CBSLA.com) — Police Friday were investigating an alleged domestic violence incident in Long Beach.
Authorities responded to a call around 12:30 a.m. in the 900 block of Cerritos Avenue.
A woman involved in the alleged incident was able to exit the home, but police were concerned the man had holed himself up inside with their three children.
Residents adjacent to the property were evacuated to a nearby school.
Around 6:45 a.m., SWAT team entered the home to discover no one was inside.
The situation remains under investigation.
