BAKERSFIELD (CBSLA.com) — Taco Bell is adding a dessert menu item that will speak to many people's childhood.

The new Cap'n Crunch Delights are donut holes deep fried with gooey frosting on the inside and sprinkled with cereal crumbs on the outside.

Taco Bell is holding a trial run of the item at their Bakersfield locations.
