Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (Feb. 19)

STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — The low clouds and fog are prevalent again Thursday morning.

Expect a persistent on-shore flow for the next couple of days.  That will translate into clouds in the morning and hazy afternoon sunshine mixed with a few high clouds.

As we head into the weekend, there is a trough up north that will become an inside slider (dry movement through the west coast). It will eventually become a cut-off low over Northern California.

This will enhance the on-shore flow and could bring some drizzle starting Sunday morning.

Then as the low finally moves over the Southland (possibly Tuesday) we could see some more light showers; however, right now things look very light and scattered with most of the area staying completely dry.

Temperatures will be hovering at or slightly above average for the long term.
