Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (Feb. 12)

STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — It's another dry windy day for Southern California. We flirted with record breaking heat Wednesday and actually broke a couple in Camarillo and Long Beach.

Expect even warmer weather Thursday with temperatures on average up 15 to 20 degrees above the seasonal norms.

There are wind advisories in place, but the winds are not quite as bad as Wednesday.

You can thank a ridge of High Pressure over California and a high pressure center at the surface over Utah for the warm weather.

Expect to stay warm through the weekend then some cooling Monday and Tuesday, but it looks like warmer weather returns by the middle of next week.  Still no rain in sight!
